Words of Thanks to You All

Lucila c. Oblena
Dallas, TX

“Thank You” to each and every one who greeted me, sent cards/letters and visited me on my 86th birthday on May 27, 2010. I will always cherish your thoughtfulness.

I was in the Philippines since May 16th, spending my time with my grandchildren in Baguio City and in Cavinti. I was not able to see all your wishes and greetings until I came to Dallas on June 22nd. Hence, this late thank you note.

Ang sabi nuong unang panahon, “huli man daw at magaling, naihahabol rin,” ngunit sa kasalukuyan, ang sabi naman, “kahit na raw magaling, huli pa rin.”

But my idea is this, “It is better late than never.” Kaya, from the innermost chamber of my heart and from my family, maraming salamat sa inyong mga pagbati at magagandang ala-ala sa aking kaarawan.
