The immediate past municipal mayor, Mr. Floro G. Esguerra, through his initiative and persevering efforts, was able to push through a praiseworthy project, the Pueblo El Salvador Eco Park and Picnic Grounds in Tibatib, Cavinti, Laguna. This undertaking provided an alternative route to Magdapio Falls without taking a banca ride.
Within the compund of the park are the Nakulo Falls View Deck, the Tibatib Nature Trail and the View Area of the Cavinti Rapids, the Bayakan Falls and the Bat Caves. One may go on a hiking exploration of the surrounding wilderness and enjoy the scenic wonder of the place.
The most thrilling but appalling experience one will encounter is descending the steps to the Falls. And the breathtaking and gorgeous scenery alone is worth the trip.

Please be informed that at this time, the Holy Week, you cannot park at the churchyard of Pagsanjan. Besides, I doubt if they wil permit you to park there. That is a busy church and only those with business with the church are allowed to park there but for a limited time only.
Do not pass via Lumban because the uphill drive is too long. Use the road going to Lucban. Although it is a winding road,
the upward drive is gradual. At kung natatakot ka, ipahinga mo ang iyong kotse once in a while.
The road to Cavinti, in spite of being a winding one is not too difficult to drive on. Tricycles can easily pass on that winding road, with as many as four passengers. Once you get to Cavinti, you can drive your car to the El Salvador Eco Park.
I hope my suggestions will help you. Enjoy your trip, good luck and God bless!
