NENITA CASTILLO LUBUGUIN 1926-2010

After a two-year battle with skin cancer, Nenita Castillo- Lubuguin has passed away at age 84. Surrounded by her three children, grand children, brother and sisters and cousins, Nita, as she is fondly called, died peacefully at 2:00 AM on December 10, 2010 in her residence in Fairfield, California.

Predeceased by husband Jaime Lubuguin and eldest daughter Norita, Nita is survived by her seven children: Elmer, Benedicto, Samuel, Carlito, John, Nestor and Elenita, daughters-in law, grandchildren and great grand children; sisters Ester, Matilde, Pacie, Lolita and brothers Eduardo and Ismael, brothers-in law, sisters-in law, loving nephews and nieces.

Further funeral details will be announced as soon as arrangements to fly the remains to the Philippines are processed. Interment will be held in Cavinti.

Nita immigrated to the USA in 1983 under the US Family Sponsorship Program through the auspices of her brother-in law Willie Ramos and Pacie. John and Nestor joined her after a few years later.
