Lawrence Ansay Carlos, 22 , and the son of Mr. & Mrs. Lory Carlos (nee Merlyn Ansay) of Stratford, London, England graduated from Sheffield University in Sheffield, United Kingdom on July 1, 2009. He received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture with honors.

He took the board examination required for architects. He topped the Board Exam.

He now works in a firm in Hamburg, Germany who hired him immediately after examining his credentials.

Lawrence, you met the challenge with determination and total confidence. This calls for a celebration!

CONGRATULATIONS! CONGRATULATIONS, too, Mr. & Mrs. Lory Carlos!

I don’t usually post on blogs but had to on yours. You have a very distinctive writing style. A lot of people don’t have that touch, they just drone on and on in the most boring way. I noted with great interest, awe and pride of this young man’s wonderful achievement. Lawrence deserves our congratulations and pershaps a space in your Feature Story so we will know him more- as a young achiever, truly a pride of Cavinti. It would be interesting to know more of his academic experience and achivements aside from topping UK’s professional board exam, and further career pursuits. I’m sure his personal and professional attributes would be an inspiration to those who would like to follow his footsteps. Would it not be amazing if one day, his designs (whether under his professional title or collaboratively with his company) would be featured in Architectural Digest or other international architectural publications? More power to you Architect Lawrence Ansay Carlos, and congratulations to your parents as well. This must be undoubtedly their proudest moments.
