If there is someone who is aptly name when she was born, it would be Helen Belleza Fe. Born in Cavinti and immigrated here in the U.S. as a child, Helen was named after Helen of Troy, the most beautiful mortal according to the Greek gods. With a last name Belleza that actually means good-looking in Italian, her name literally means beautiful.

Though she was already living here in the U.S., the town of Cavinti recognized Helen’s beauty, naming her one of the three Reyna Elena during the 1978 Flores de Mayo. By doing so, Helen also started the trend of a balikbayan being named as a Cavinti Mayflower Festival queen.

Helen Belleza Fe can also be described as having the two “B”s, namely beauty and brains. Earning her Nursing degree from CalState Los Angeles, she also did advance studies at the University of California Irvine. Doing hospital work for a few years, Helen’s true calling is teaching. Currently one of the faculties of the Santa Ana Unified School District’s Regional Occupational Program, Helen teaches health and medical classes to both adult and high school students.

Even with her busy schedule, Helen also finds the time to help the old and the infirm. Opening the doors of Home Health Care of America, Helen provides excellent home care services with a focus on quality and reliability. By assuring that HHCOA clients stay secure, comfortable, and completely satisfied with HHCOA caregivers, Helen helps improve the quality of life of those who are in the twilight of their lives.

A role model for young girls because of her accomplishments, Helen is the embodiment of the 21st century woman who can handle a career while also raising a family. Married to Joey Fe, the couple is blessed with two lovely girls, Kristina and Kassy.
