Gaming Excitement at Las Vegas

Two couples, Mr. & Mrs. Steve Ansay of Canyon Country and Mr. & Mrs. Zeng Solema of Moreno Valley, both in California, drove to Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday night, May 23, 2009. The group picked a really good time in going to Las Vegas, the weekend being a long one because of Memorial Day.

There are casinos everywhere you turn.  There are slot machines on the sidewalks. There are so many of them that one cannot decide right away where to stay and/or play.

The foursome stayed at the gambling Mecca for two days and two nights. They stayed at Caesar’s Palace on the Strip. The club was huge and completely packed. As soon as the group has settled in their rooms and have completely rested from their four-hour drive, they walked through the slot machines looking for a place to play. Soon, they were each seated in front of a slot machine to try their luck.

But Las Vegas is not all about casinos. There are a lot of attractions you can engage in without sitting down in front of a slot machine or at a black jack table. The water show in front of the Bellagio was a sight. There were numerous shows and shops to enjoy. What is more abundant in Las Vegas than the casinos are the restaurants. In every corner and wherever you turn, you will find one. Of course, the Strip is the most incredible. The lights are glaring. It’s just something that must be in your list “To See” when you travel/go on vacation. People of all ages were along the Strip.

There were many options for everyone regardless of their tax bracket. The group divided their time among the different activities available, but not forgetting the gaming tables. In one of their rendezvous with the slot machines, Steve selected a $2.50 slot. He sat down and began playing with the machine. With Lady Luck on his favor, at his third stroke on the machine, coins began tingling before his eyes. How excited he was! Through his cell phone, he called his companions informing them of his good fortune.  One by one, his three companions,  showed up at the scene. They rejoiced upon learning that Steve has won $1,500.00.
