President Benigno Aquino 3rd delivered his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday before a joint seesion of Congress at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City. He revealed how the Arroyo administration allegedly mismanaged the taxpayer’s money during its nearly 10 years in Malacañang.
