Atty. Celso Fernandez, married to Dr. Fe J. Villanueva – Fernandez succumbed to death on Saturday, September 13, 2008. His body lies in state at the Christ the King Church in Green Meadows, Quezon City.  Viewing will be on Monday and Tuesday, after which the corpse will be brought to Cavinti, Laguna. Funeral rites are scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
