What? A family reunion? Yes, a coming together again or a reunification of family members!
A family in Cavinti extends not just to the immediate father, mother, daughters and sons but also to the first cousins and their offsprings, grandfathers, grandmothers, aunts, uncles and other extended family members. And the descendants of the late couple Benuto and Felifa Mesina did it on February 14, 2009 in Cavinti, Laguna at Porta Verde which is located high above a hill by the Lumot Lake thus giving a panoramic view of the lake .
The chart hereunder, an illustration of their Family Tree, will introduce to us who the reunionists are. We might not know all of them but let us rejoice in the fact that they have had the opportunity to connect with their long-time-no-see family members and their children and/or the new branches of the extended family.
