A Day at Huntington Beach

Memorial Day! Another time for merrymaking and pleasure!! The Cavintinians of Southern California did not let the weekend pass without an outing. As early as the morning of the 24th of May, the group, loaded in their vehicles,  were dashing to Surf City, a nickname given to Huntington Beach. This is where visitors come to cool and enjoy the excitement in the air.

Pristine sand and water offer an array of beachfront activities that appeal to people from all walks of life. Hence, the group spent the day on the sand taking in the rays of the  Surf City sun. They experienced the picturesque beauty of the beach by riding on tricycles, while the others just took  a stroll on the long paved walkway along the ocean. Some of the men stayed in camp and played mahjong.

What a day of frolic and fun!
